Who this agreement is with

These Terms of Use are between you and Find My Mahj Game, operated by Mahjong Collective, LLC, when you use findmymahjgame.com. Mahjong Collective, LLC receives payments for Find My Mahj Premium. By creating an account, creating a listing, claiming a listing, using Mahj Match, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.

What Find My Mahj Game is

Find My Mahj Game is a national directory and matching platform for mahjong players, teachers, and organizers. We help people find games, teachers, events, and each other. We do not organize events, operate venues, or provide mahjong instruction ourselves, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of listings or the conduct of the people and businesses listed here.

The site is general audience. Anyone can browse listings, create a free player or provider listing, and use search. One part of the site, Mahj Match, is limited to adults 18 and over; see "Mahj Match and matching" below.

Accounts

Creating an account uses a passwordless sign-in: you enter your email, we send you a one-time link, and clicking it signs you in. There is no password to create, remember, or reset.

You are responsible for keeping access to your own email address secure, since that is what controls your account. You can deactivate your account at any time from your account page. You can also request deletion of your account; see "Data deletion and privacy requests" in our Privacy Policy for how that works.

Player listings

• Player listings are free and intended for real mahjong players looking for a group or a game.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your listing.
• Your public listing shows your first name and last initial only, never your full name, and never your email address.
• Do not include your exact street address, a private residence description, or any other narrow location detail in a public listing. We actively screen for this and may edit or remove listing text that includes it, to protect your privacy and other players' privacy.
• We may remove any listing that violates these terms or is inaccurate.

Provider listings: teachers, organizers, and businesses

Teachers, organizers, and businesses can create a free listing. Find My Mahj Premium, the paid provider tier ($89 a year), adds business tools on top of a free listing: structured lesson requests from players (on teacher listings) and the Premium Provider badge. See our Billing Disclosures and our Provider Terms for how claiming a listing, ownership, and membership work. Being listed is always free. Money never buys the right to exist in the directory, verification of a listing, placement, or ranking; free and paid listings get the same neutral placement.

Mahj Match and matching

Mahj Match helps players find and form a table with other players based on location, availability, and preferences. Mahj Match is available only to adults 18 years of age and older. Before you can be matched, you must:

1. have an active account,
2. affirmatively confirm you are 18 or older, and
3. explicitly opt in to matching.

We do not share your last name, your email address, or your exact location with another player through matching. Once a table is proposed, we share only your first name and the compatibility facts you already agreed to share (things like your general area, availability, and skill preference) with the other people on that proposed table. Nothing more is shared until you both say yes.

Blocking and reporting

You can block another user, and you can report a user or a listing. Reports are reviewed, and serious reports (harassment, safety concerns, and similar) are reviewed by a person, not decided automatically. See our Matching Community Standards for detail on how this works today.

Meeting other players in person: your safety

Find My Mahj Game is a directory and matching platform. What happens when you meet another player, whether through a listing you found yourself or a table Mahj Match proposed, is between you and that person. We do not run background checks, verify identities, or supervise in-person meetings.

By using this platform to connect with other players, you agree that:

• Find My Mahj Game is not a party to any in-person meeting or interaction between users.
• We do not screen, verify, background check, or endorse any individual on this platform.
• You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting anyone you connect with through this site.
• We strongly recommend meeting in a public place the first time, letting someone know where you are going, and trusting your instincts.
• We are not liable for harm, loss, injury, or disputes arising from in-person meetings between users.
• Disputes between players are between those players. We have no obligation to intervene or mediate, though we do want to know if someone made you feel unsafe; see "Blocking and reporting" above.

Safety tip: meet new players in public places such as coffee shops, libraries, community centers, and restaurants. Never share your home address with someone you have not met before, and never include one in a public listing.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• use this platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity,
• scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without permission,
• create false or misleading listings,
• misrepresent your age to access Mahj Match, or
• attempt to circumvent a block placed by another user.

Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, and design are owned by Find My Mahj Game and may not be reproduced without written permission. Listings remain the property of the people and businesses who submitted them.

Limitation of liability

Find My Mahj Game is a neutral platform, directory, and matching service. We are not liable for:

• any interaction, incident, injury, or dispute between players who connect through this platform, whether that connection came from a listing or from Mahj Match,
• the accuracy, safety, or quality of any listing, event, or provider on this site,
• any transaction or arrangement made between users off-platform,
• events that are cancelled, changed, or misrepresented by their organizers.

Your use of this platform, and any connections you make through it, are at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes (anything affecting your data, your safety, or your payments) will be announced clearly, not buried in a routine update.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
