Player Listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your listing
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is inaccurate
• Do not include personal contact information (phone number, home address) in a public listing

Advertiser Listings

• Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information
• We reserve the right to approve, reject or remove any paid listing at our discretion
• Listings must be for genuine mahjong-related businesses, events or services
• Payment terms and cancellation policies are outlined in the Advertiser Terms

Prohibited Use

• You may not use this platform for spam, harassment or illegal activity
• You may not scrape, copy or redistribute listing data without permission
• You may not create false or misleading listings

In-Person Meetings & Your Safety

Find My Mahj Game is a directory platform only. We connect players online — what happens after that is entirely between the individuals involved. We are not responsible for any interactions, incidents, injuries, losses, or disputes that occur when players meet in person or communicate off-platform.

By using this platform and connecting with other players, you agree that:

• Find My Mahj Game is not a party to any in-person meeting or interaction between users
• We do not screen, verify, background-check or endorse any individual player listed on this platform
• You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting anyone you connect with through this site
• We strongly recommend meeting in public places for the first time, letting someone know where you are going, and trusting your instincts
• We are not liable for any harm, loss, injury or dispute arising from in-person meetings between users
• Any disputes between players are solely between those individuals — Find My Mahj Game has no obligation to intervene or mediate

We are not responsible for any in-person interactions, meetings, events or experiences that result from connections made through this platform. By using this platform to connect with other players, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We do not verify users. Player listings are self-reported. We do not conduct background checks, verify identities, or screen any individual listed on this platform.
• Meet safely. Always meet new players in public places such as a coffee shop, library, restaurant or community center. Never invite strangers to your home for a first meeting.
• Bring a friend. When meeting a new group for the first time, consider bringing a friend or letting someone know where you are going.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels off, it probably is. You are never obligated to meet anyone you connect with on this platform.
• We are not liable. Find My Mahj Game, its owners and operators are not liable for any injury, loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from in-person meetings, events or interactions facilitated through this platform. Your use of this platform and any resulting real-world interactions are entirely at your own risk.
• Report concerns. If you encounter a user who makes you feel unsafe or who is behaving inappropriately, please report them immediately at hello@findmymahjgame.com so we can remove them from the platform.

All platform content, branding and design are owned by Find My Mahj Game and may not be reproduced without written permission. Player and advertiser listings remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Find My Mahj Game is a neutral platform and directory service. We are not liable for any of the following:

• Any interaction, incident, injury or dispute between players who connect through this platform
• The accuracy, safety or quality of any player listing, event, venue or advertiser on this site
• Any transactions, agreements or arrangements made between users off-platform
• Any harm arising from in-person meetings between users
• Events that are cancelled, changed or misrepresented by third-party organizers
• Venues that are closed, unsafe or misrepresented in listings

Your use of this platform and any connections you make through it are entirely at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
